Cup Cake Fun

The Ladies turned ONE yesterday - WOW! We had a little cup cake celebration on Saturday, they clearly liked their special cakes - as you can see . . . Maddy went to town.

The girls helped me organize the changing table baskets this morning - a few times . . . oiy!

Maddy was "done" yesterday at the end of the hike. We could actually hear her snoring!

McCauley Mountain

The girls first trip out to a ski hill (McCauley), it's where Dad learned to make turns as a youngin'. He was so proud to show them off, and show them around.

Trouble Wide

I could hardly believe how tall the girls have gotten when I put them in this extra wide pack'n play this weekend at camp. I don't think they make them this big anymore, it so great for two little active ladies! Check out Maddy waving, it still hasn't gotten old for her.

Happy Birthday Lizzy!

We had a super fun afternoon yesterday at the Wade's. It was Lizzy's 5th Birthday . . . Jim and I remember babysitting Michael and JP the night prior to Lizzy's arrival to the world . . . man, 5 years fly by! This was the best I could do with a group picture, I took like 20 at least . . . it's hard to catch squirming little people on a iphone camera!

Hold On

This may look sweet at first glance, but clearly Zoe was trying to stick Maddy's head in her mouth as Dziadzi watched on . . . and Babcia took a picture!

Good Hygiene

You can never start too early. The girls are teething, I think we are through the worst of it as of tonight. The bottom teeth have broken through. Since Zoe is crawling around so much there have been some minor injuries such as her tongue. She bit it as she slipped a few days ago and got a nice blister. I was trying to check the blister with a tooth brush, she apparently decided she would do it herself!

Faster, faster, faster. Babcia introduced a new activity, which then later became a favorite, which then became difficult to change activities, hahahha ahaha

Standing Room Only

Zoe LOVES to stand, anytime, anyplace, anywhere. It's not so fun when we need to move along and do other things. BIG protests start. I can see it already, Zoe as a teenager . . . we are SO in trouble!

Hi Hi Hi Hi

Maddy has become excellent at waving. We wave at people, pictures, the couch, the lights, the wall, you name it . . . it gets a hello - or good bye.

Sprout

We girls all have our good hair days, and not so good hair days. This day in particular Babcia helped Zoe with her hair. Maddy spent good amount of time that morning trying to figure out how to pull the sprout off of Zoe's head.

No baby left behind! Maddy has decided that she too will crawl . . . now Mommy and Daddy can really be on their toes . . .oiy!
