Tubby time part 2

Can you believe how big Miss Zoe is getting. Remember the movie we posted of Zoe's first tubby, she was so tiny! Now this little girl is starting to sport rolls on your thighs! It's 50/50 these days with bath time, they either love it or cry through it - goodtimes - ugh! :)

UC 4 me!

This is our high-tech way of warming the girls bottles each day. I'm sure the Barneveld crew will get all warm and fuzzy seeing this picture . . . hahahaha . . oiy!

We're Back!

Two babies, 8 feedings x2, laundry, tubby time, bottle washing, and sleep deprivation has keep us from updating the blog this whole month of July . . . I know, I know, somewhere in the background little violins are playing . . . BUT, we are back on track as of tonight, so sit back and catch up with us . . .

Slinging

Maddy is loving cruzin' around the house in sling these days. Nice and comfy ride, in a stylish coffee color sling.

Early morning lounging.

Here is a quick pic of the girls from the other day. Zoe is 8lbs, and Maddy is 7.4lbs as of this morning. WOW!!

Go Waddy!

A good friend of ours Steve competed in the Ironman (yes you read it right - Ironman) in Lake Placid this month. His talented girlfriend Lexi made these cool shirts for friends and family to cheer him on. Since we couldn't make it in person, the girls dressed up and sent their best wishes. As you can see they are deep into conversation, and thought about the race and how extreme it is. By the way, Steve rocked the race - Lexi reported back that he came over the finish line with a huge smile and looking great. Amazing!

Afternoon story time.

I love this picture, it looks like Zoe is telling a story to Dad and Maddy.

Working out.

The girls now play each day under their einstein gym, they really seem to be locking in on the hanging objects. Occasionally, I'll hear a little cute yell of happiness when they check things out.

Anything biting?

The Zaba's fishing, and enjoying a sunset in the Adirondacks holding one of the girls.

McCarthy Ladies

Zoe getting some love in the camp rocking chair. She's starting to smile, and giggle toward us. We like to think it's in tensional, but there is a good chance it's purely gas.

4th of July weekend

We did it! Our first trip as a family outside of  10 mile radius. We packed up the girls, and traveled to Old Forge in the Adirondacks for five days over the long weekend to Jim's family camp. Both sets of grandparents where on hand to help us out.  Everything went super smoothly. This is a quick pic snuggling in the early morning with the little ladies.

We would like to officially apologize to anyone we made fun of in the past for all the kid stuff they have to pack when going away. There was not one free inch of space in our car when we left Syracuse for Old Forge . . . dear god, we are really in trouble when they start to play with toys!
