Last week on Tuesday we had our two week OB appointment, all went great. The little ladies looked wonderful on the sono, and our doctor even said things where going text book perfect . . . I could keep working into May and to just take it easy. Things couldn't be better. We went to one our our child birth care classes that evening, and managed to watch the last 5 minutes of the disappointing SU game.
That night, I woke up around midnight feeling a little off and needing to pee alot. Turns out little baby a's water broke a tiny bit. So off to the hospital we went at 1:30 in the morning. Looking all terrified, and tired the nurses and doctors where wonderful keeping us from panicking. They did confirm that baby a's sac did leak, but that it could stay that way for a few days or weeks. She didn't loose all her water which was great news, and baby b was doing great. They both where head down at this point, a healthy weight, with great vitals. The only problem was I couldn't now leave the hospital until they where born due to concerns of infection. So the waiting began . . . either they arrived early in the next few days or I would be here for the next few weeks - good times - ugh!
