On June 21, 2008 I took this shot of the girls three weeks out of the NICU and safely at home. Two weeks ago, January 31, 2010 I took this shot of the girls horsing around on their old chairs in our basement. It really does amaze me how much they grow, and how fast!
I was cleaning out images from the holidays when I came across this picture. Aunt Meg teaching Maddy how to put Play Doh on her nose, and it looks like up her nose as well. Maddy is a quick learner, she took that knowledge and a few weeks later shoved a green pea up her nose. Luckily our doctor had long enough tweezers to pull the pea out, I was sure we where on the way to the emergency room when we discovered her little nose experiment!
The girls have it going on! We particularly love that Maddy put two different shoes on. This honestly was hand chosen by them. It did start off as a normal outfit, but quickly progressed to swim suits, swim diapers, tights, fuzzy bracelets, and different shoes as the morning went on.
Our mall has a carousel, it's a long snowy winter here in CNY so we spend time at the mall on occasion going around and around up and down up and down.
The girls are really into their little tea set. I hear a lot about Babcia and Dziadzi when they pretend to have tea . . . now if we can only get Daddy on board to drink tea . . .
